I was shouldered on the ribs last weekend while playing basketball. Now there is a slight discomfort when I bend or breathe deep. Well at least my knees are now okay.

The doctor ordered me not to do any strenuous activities that require chest muscles. But I could not resist not participating in our team-building activity. We went to the archery range. I shot poorly at the beginning because I was afraid that I would further strain my ribs. By raising the bow and arrow around 45 degrees(should be 90) then slowly lowering it as I pull the string, the strain was less and my aim improved.

We had our dinner at some country club near Changi. The food was nice but it was the ambiance that I really liked. Here are some of the pictures I have taken with my camera phone.
